Joseph Fischetti is New York State licensed Professional Engineer, and is Board Certified in Structural Engineering. He has been involved in all phases of construction and design of commercial and residential buildings for almost 40 years. This experience base is used during the pre-purchase home inspections and building inspections. Mr. Fischetti is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the National Association of Home Builders and has won several awards for his work with the community.
